Chris Hargrove is Vice President of Field Operations at Cauldwell Wingate. Mr. Hargrove oversees all aspects of the project operations and technical services. He also handles collective bargaining for all affiliated trade unions. Mr. Hargrove’s responsibilities include contract negotiations, quality control, paperwork documentation from inception to close-out, and implementation of Cauldwell Wingate's Site Safety Program.
Mr. Hargrove joined Cauldwell Wingate in 1996 as a Project Manager and then Director of Operations. Prior to Cauldwell Wingate, he was a Superintendent at a major construction firm. Mr. Hargrove has extensive experience in mechanical and electrical systems in new construction, base building upgrades and interior renovations.
In addition to his responsibilities at Cauldwell Wingate, Chris serves as a member of the Building Trades Employers' Association ("BTEA"), a member of the Associated General Contractors of America, and he is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Contractors' Association of Greater New York ("CAGNY").
Mr. Hargrove holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.
